Neither RSPCA ACT nor RSPCA WA conducted a single 'routine inspection' in the year 2008-2009. 'Routine Inspections' are carried out upon intensive farming operations including pig, chicken and battery egg facilities, saleyards, feedlots, transports, breeding establishments, pet shops, rodeos, hobby farms and the like.
